TESORO VIEJO MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY, MADERA COUNTY, CA

Morton & Pitalo, Inc. is responsible for the design of the majority of Tesoro Viejo Master Planned Community (TV). The TV is a development located on a 1,556-acre site to the East of State Route 41 and Avenue 15 in Madera County and includes approximately 5,170 residential units, 58 acres of commercial and business professional uses, 121 acres of industrial uses, 47 acres of public/quasi-public uses, 35 acres of parks, 186 acres of open space, one high school, one middle school, Town Center, and the extension of infrastructure and utilities needed to serve the proposed development including a water and waste water treatment plants.

HP CAMPUS PAKS MASTER PLAN, ROSEVILLE, CA 

​

The Hewlett-Packard Campus Oaks Master Plan is a 235± acre planned mix-use project consisting of tech/business park, office, commercial, residential, park and recreation, open space and public uses.  The project is approved for 2.7M SF of Light Industrial; 300,000 SF of Tech/Business Park; 170,000 SF of Commercial; and 948 Residential Units.  Morton & Pitalo has provided land planning and engineering for the project, including Community Facilities District formation services and design and construction services for the backbone improvements consisting of Blue Oaks Boulevard, Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard, HP Way, Painted Desert Drive, and Crimson Ridge Drive.  The project is currently under construction with completion of the backbone improvement in April 2017.
