Morton & Pitalo, Inc., was responsible for the consulting services for the Twelve Bridges project located in Lincoln, California. Services included: planning, preparing preliminary grading plans for grading and drainage, preparing utility plans, on-site construction documents and improvement plans, opinion of cost, NPDES (erosion control requirements), final construction coordination, drainage calculations, and agency submittals.

THE PIQUE AT IRON POINT,  FOLSOM

Morton & Pitalo, Inc. was responsible for the land entitlement, design and construction administration efforts for site development of the 35-acre Executive and Duplex Luxury Apartment site on the north side of Hwy. 50 in Folsom, CA.  The project was constructed in two (2) phases and offers 327 total units with clubhouse and pool facilities serving each phase.  Boasting over 180 feet of elevation change across the site, the project provided considerable grading/access challenges and unit siting opportunities; The result of which are stunning views of the Sacramento Valley.
