The 100,000+ sf expansion located on an 8.5 Ac site in downtown Sacramento will house gallery, offices, storage, and event space. The project also includes realignment of roads, adding parking areas, relocating service docks and remodeling existing buildings. The new wing opened October 2010.

Morton Pitalo was responsible for land entitlement and design development to support the industrial and office infrastructure for the Package Sorting and Distribution Facility located at 8501 Foothills Boulevard.
